To further strengthen stainless steel processing and distribution industry chain cooperation and mutual winning,recently,Baosteel Stainless Steel and Jiangsu Daming Metal Products Co.,Ltd.formally sign strategic cooperation agreement(see picture)in Shanghai.Baosteel Group Co.,Ltd.,chairman Xu Lejiang,Baosteel Stainless Steel executive director and general manager Cui Jian,Jiangsu Daming chairman and general manager Zhou Keming attend the signing ceremony.
Jiang Daming was established in 1988.Over the years,it is occupied with stainless steel product trade and processing distribution and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Daming International,which is listed in Hong Kong.At present,Jiangsu Daming has developed into a large stainless steel circulation enterprise with more than 50000 tons of stainless steel products annual sales and processing distribution and more than 10 billion yuan annual sales.Over the years it is elected as No.1 of Chinese stainless steel circulation enterprise.It has machining centers and more than 180 lines(sets)of stainless steel professional shearing and processing equipment in Taiyuan,Hangzhou,Tianjin and Wuhan.Its product sales maintains double-digit growth for 10 consecutive years and its users cover construction machinery,shipbuilding and pressure vessel industries.
Baosteel Stainless Steel and Jiang Daming has many years of good cooperation relations.Since 2009,Baosteel Stainless Steel began stainless steel hot-rolled and cold-rolled products sales cooperation with Jiangsu Daming.This year,both sides'stainless steel trade reaches up to more than 50,000 tons.In the next phase,Baosteel Stainless Steel and Jiangsu Daming will carry out in depth cooperation in stainless steel cold rolled coil and medium and heavy plate products processing distribution,new product development and application and product technology services.They will strengthen cooperation in direct user development,major engineering project material supply and steel deep processing.
